- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- How much does self storage cost?
Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our locations.

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- When are your Fremont storage facilities open?
Our storage facilities are open from 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. Visit early to beat traffic or swing by on the weekend without worrying about tight access hours!
- What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?
We pride ourselves on making things as simple as possible for our customers. For helpful tips on packing and organizing your unit, head on over to our storage tips page.
- Do I have to sign a long-term lease to rent?
Not here. Month-to-month rentals let you store for a month, for years, or anything in between. We don’t hit our neighbors with early termination fees. Store on your terms with folks who honor your trust!
- Do I need to provide my own lock?
No need, we’ve got you covered! You’ll pay a $20 deposit and a $10 lock fee when you move in – and we’ll hand you a sturdy, industry-approved disc lock to keep your storage unit at the peak of security. The lock’s yours to keep when you move out!
- How do I move out when I’m done?
Give us a 10-day heads up that you’re ready to move so you aren’t accidentally charged for another month. You can let us know in person, over the phone, or through email. You’ll get a confirmation letter once we’ve scheduled your move-out. After that, you can clean out your unit before the move-out date and broom-clean the interior. The disc lock that came with your unit is yours to keep. Thank you for giving us a chance to serve you!
